Where can I find the part number and production code for my cushion?

The part number and production code (sometimes called tag code) are located on the white product tag that is sewn onto an interior seam. Cushion have product tags sewn onto the foam and cushion.  See the images below showing where the product tags are located.

Cushion Cover: At center seam by the zipper

Cushion Foam: Along a seam

Note: Chaise cushion foams have two foam pieces and there is a product tag on each piece.
