There may be a few reasons that your promotion/sale code isn't working. Please read on to see the most common reasons.
1. The code is not being entered correctly.
While our promotion codes are not case sensitive, they are sensitive to zero's (0) and the letter O or similar letters that resemble numbers. Ensure that you are not entering a zero (0) in place of a letter O or vice versa, or simply copy and paste the discount code into the field.
2. The code is being used on a product that it is not eligible for.
If the promotion/sale is for patio covers, you will not be able to use the code on an car cover.
Promotion/sale codes are not valid on product that is already discounted unless advertised.
Promotion/sale codes are not valid on replacement parts.
3. The code is being used on the wrong website.
Both our Classic Accessories and Duck Covers websites have their own promotions and sales. A Classic Accessories promotion/sale code will not work on a Duck Covers product and vice versa. Additionally our promotion codes are not valid on other retailer websites.
If you've checked all of the above scenarios and your promotion/sale code is still not working, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team. Select the options 'Order Assistance' and 'Other'.
