We do not accept returns for product purchased through a retailer. Please contact your retailer directly for information about their return policy.
Return Policy
Orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and have no signs of damage.

Return shipping is free.
What about the shipping charges I paid when I made my purchase?
The shipping charges paid on your original order are not refundable except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
What if I want to just exchange something?
We want you to have your replacement item as soon as possible, so we ask that you place another order for the correct item. In the meantime, we can assist with returning the item you wish to return so we may start the refund process.
How to I request a return?
To request a return, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team. Select the options 'Order Assistance' and 'Product Return'. Please provide your order number and the product you would like to return.
What happens after I request a return?
Once your return request is processed by our Customer Support team, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and instructions to return the product.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to five business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
