What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for product purchased through a retailer. Please contact your retailer directly for information about their return policy.

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. "Closeout", "final sale", or "discontinued" items are not eligible for return. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging
• Assembled products, final-sale items, and closeout items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged

Return Fees

For returns not due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items:

• A $50 flat fee will be deducted from the refund, and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• If shipping charges (Shipping Fee) were paid by the customer at the time of purchase, they are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
