How do I file a warranty claim for replacement?

To file a claim, you will need the following information:

• Your contact information
• Original purchase date
• Product description
• Product part number *
• Product tag code or batch number.  This is also sometimes referred to as the production code. **
• The reason for your claim

*  ** This information is located on a tag that is sewn onto an interior seam on your product. Please have your product available to reference. 

Once you have submitted your claim we will take it from there for review and processing. If we should need any further information we will reach out to you via email.

Note: While we do not require photos or a copy of your proof of purchase, we may, at our discretion, request a photo of your warranty issue or a copy of your proof of purchase to complete your claim.
