My product tag has faded, how can I provide the part number and production/tag code?

If you are unable to read the product tag, please attach a photo of both sides of the tag on your warranty claim form. Where the form requests the item number and tag code please enter the word FADED. 

Depending on how severe the fading is, we may require a copy of your proof of purchase to identify your product.
